FLOW

Flow is vinyasa-inspired with intentional breath work and a soul presence guide towards your state of flow. class is designed to get you moving, notice what you’re noticing and making the choice best for you to meet your body + energy. Move, sweat, breathe and flow in a thoughtfully curated sequence to get out of your head and into your body. Create strength and flexibility in moments of long holds and a flow with a breath to breath beat. practice becomes an opportunity to arrive in presence; to meet yourself in flow.

SCULPT

Sculpt your entire body AND LIFT YOUR MOOD AS YOU SOAK IN THE BENEFITS OF: HEART RATE VARIABILITY, BONE DENSITY,MUSCLE TONE,CIRCULATION,AND CORE STRENGTHENING. A FULL BODY heart and body focus held in a supportive environment of fun music beats, and a sweat life kind of vibe! class incorporates yoga poses with REPETITIVE MOVEMENTS and SMALL WEIGHTS TO ADD EXTRA RESISTANCE. a “hitt” for your spirit to celebrate in your strength and mindset. your own kind of strong is met when you show up for yourself.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

This class is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support your body to fully relax. A resting, and relaxing opportunity to release your muscles and witness your body at ease. Suitable for all levels of yoga.

YIN YOGA

IN TODAY’S BUSY WORLD, THE OPPORTUNITY TO QUIET DOWN AND GIVE SPACE FOR AN INTROSPECTIVE EXPERIENCE IS A GIFT. YIN GUIDES US TO RELEASE our deepest layers: the connective tissues; fascia, ligaments, joints, cartilage, and bones. All tissues need exercise/stress to regain and maintain health. NOT TO PASS OUR EDGE BUT RATHER BE STILL TO WITNESS NEW SPACE, AND RECOGNIZE WHERE THE TENSION LIES; PHYSICALLY AND OR EMOTIONALLY.
